Kristina joined the firm in 2010 and is a Partner in the Litigation Practice Group. She is admitted to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.

Kristina graduated from the College of the Holy Cross and received her J.D., magna cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law. While in law school, Kristina served as Associate Editor of the Roger Williams University Law Review.

Kristina’s practice focuses on product liability, premises liability, insurance defense and professional liability. While at HCC, Kristina has tried multiple cases to a conclusion and has also participated in the trials of multiple wrongful death cases. She has extensive experience arguing numerous dispositive and discovery motions. Kristina is also well-versed in all aspects of pre-trial discovery.

Kristina serves as State Membership Chair for DRI, the leading national organization of civil defense attorneys and in-house counsel, where she has also assisted in developing select programming. In addition, she is a member of the Women in the Law Committee, the Young Lawyers Committee, and the Retail and Hospitality Committee of DRI. She is also a member of DRI’s statewide affiliate, Defense Counsel of Rhode Island, where she is the Young Lawyers Division Co-Chair and serves on the board. She is also a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, American Bar Association, and ALFA International.

In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, Kristina was selected as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, New England in the area of civil litigation defense.
